The food was really good. I loved the pumpkin soup. The staff was very welcoming when we arrived. It was late and the bar was closed but the bartender returned and made me a caipirinha. Everyone was super friendly with my child and I. I would definitely stay here again if I came back.

The hotel was ok, the team at the front office was nice and friendly, although the staffs at the restaurant were rude, especially the one at the counter was rude.

Conveniently located close to cruise ship, airport, and grocery store. But not many places to eat within walking distance.

Clean and nice room. Nice view on harbor. Decent breakfast although selections could be a bit more.

We had a family emergency, my disabled father in law was sick… and the front desk person allowed us to cancel the reservation. I will tell everyone about how great your service is, and book when I am in Rio again. Thank you so much for caring about people!

Breakfast selection was great, lots of choice. Dinner was good too. Freshly cooked from the a la carte menu (the buffet was not on the evening we stayed) Short transfer to the port.

The was nice and good but far away from everything but this didn’t effect me because I was renting a vehicle

The reception team was amazing, they were very friendly and always available to help. In general, the NovoHotel Porto Atlantico experience, without hesitation, is one that I would definitely like to repeat.
